Building Something Different
EcoSmart Custom Homes, was established in 2024 by two young men who have a passion for construction. Through each of their experiences in the home building industry, they learned the good, bad, and the ugly of construction. And yet, they still decided to venture out on their own and build a company and team they can be proud of.
The vision and the reason for the name EcoSmart came from Ben and Harley’s experience working with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) and seeing the vast difference in the more earth-friendly and energy-efficient building method versus traditional stick-built homes. SIPS panels are the future of high-performance construction.
What makes EcoSmart different than other builders in the area? We are building homes with a better future in mind. Over the decades, homes have needed additional maintenance to improve the energy efficiency of the home.
