Within 3–10 business days, we provide a written estimate and design summary with layout, materials, pricing, and upgrade options, then review everything with you to answer questions and finalize your selections.

We manage the permit process—including municipal applications, HOA documentation, and ongoing status updates—while noting that permit fees and any plan changes are billed to the customer.

After confirming your material selections and placing orders, we schedule a firm start date based on lead times and crew availability, then provide a pre-construction checklist and your project supervisor’s contact information.

Your deck is built through a clear, phased process—site prep and layout, footings, framing, decking, railings and trim, electrical or lighting upgrades, and thorough cleanup—with most projects completed in 1–3 weeks and larger custom builds taking longer as outlined in your contract.
