Eco-Friendly Custom Built Homes by EcoSmart

Who we are: EcoSmart Custom Homes is a local general contractor specializing in high-performance, energy efficient buildings using SIPs

Our Mission: Building Smarter, greener and stronger homes and commercial spaces

What are SIPs – Structural Insulated Panels- Prefabricated panels consisting of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings (typically OSB) replacing traditional stick framing. They offer a combination of strength, energy efficiency, and speed of construction that steel framing can’t match.

Key features of SIPs

  • High R-Value insulation: built in for superior thermal performance
  • Air tight construction: Reduces Heat Loss, improves indoor air quality
  • Precision engineering: Factory Built, minimal waste
  • Quick Installation: Panels arrive ready to assemble
  • Quieter Interiors- SIPs provide natural sound insulation
  • Compatible with Solar and high-performance HVAC systems
